TRAINING SESSIONS

CURRENT TRAINING SESSIONS.
Below is the club current club training timetable. If you need help to get going during the hot summer days then these are the people for you. As we are changing from summer to winter, some of the times may be a bit off, so it is probably best to contact the person who is in charge of organising each particular session.

Cycling 60+km moderate Sat 7am McDonalds(Aspendale)* Geoff
Running 10km easy Wed 6:00am Dandenong Oasis Clair
- 8-10km easy Fri 6:00am Dandenong Oasis Clair
- 6-18km easy Sun 7:30am Braeside Park Clair

*The long ride on Saturday begins at McDonalds on the corner of Edithvale Road and Wells Road, heads in to Port Melbourne, then down to Frankston, for a food stop, and then back to Edithvale. Everyone is free to join or leave the ride at any time.
